  • When does the 6 Week Challenge start?
    We have a start date this coming Monday and the following Monday also.
  • My fitness level isn't very good - can I still do the challenge?
    Yes. And we'll certainly make you fitter. We work with all fitness levels from those who haven't exercised in a decade through to those training for sporting events such as marathons and triathlons. Because of the personalised nature of the sessions, we can ensure you have a fun and effective workout no matter what fitness level you are at.
  • I'm Vegan/Vegetarian - can I still do the 6 Week Challenge?
    As the nutrition plans are done on a bespoke basis, we cater to all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian as well as all allergies and intolerances.
  • How long do sessions last?
    45 Minutes
  • What time are sessions?
    Monday to Friday: 6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am, 12.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm, 7pm Saturday: 9am, 10am
  • Are there showers?
    Yes - we have showers, full towel service, shampoo, shower gels, hair straighteners and dryers - everything you need to get straight in to work or off to a night out after 😁
  • How small are Small Group PT Sessions?
    We have a maximum of 6 clients in a session led by one of our expert Personal Trainers. So very small! NO MORE being one of 50 people in a large group class, at the back of the room not know what's going on, wondering if you're doing things properly or potentially injuring yourself...
  • Do I have to attend the same session times each week?
    No, we give you access to an app to book in to sessions and you can choose any sessions throughout the week that are most convenient for you. So you don't have to stick to the same time or days and you can schedule around work or personal life.
  • I have a Hybrid Working pattern - will it work for me?
    Yes, we have options for training 2x per week or 3x per week on the 6 Week Challenge so it completely depends on your schedule and what you can commit to.
  • Can I train on back-to-back days?
    Yes, all of our programming is full body so we don't overload one body part too much and you can train on back-to-back days!
  • I want to lose body fat - is the 6 Week Challenge a good fit for me?
    Yes, it's what we do all day, every day! We work with desk-bound professionals that need to get weight and body fat down and ultimately lead a healthier, more energised life.
  • I want to put on muscle - is the 6 Week Challenge for me?
    Yes, we help lots of men and women looking to build muscle and strength and the 6 Week Challenge is a perfect fit for this goal.
  • How much can you realistically achieve in 6 weeks?
    It really depends on how much you're willing to commit to. On average we see incredible results because of the combination of good quality training, bespoke nutrition and accountability to keep you on track. Most people lose between 4-7% body fat but we've had people lose as much as 9-10% body fat and over 12kg in 6 weeks 😱
  • Do I have to do transformation pictures?
    No. Although we would say they are very much worth doing as the visual change in progress can often be missed day to day. The pictures are also never shared anywhere without your express written permission, they can be taken on your phone if you wish and can be deleted at your request at any time.
  • What if I'm travelling over the course of the 6 weeks?
    Not an issue, virtually everyone that takes part in the programme has some sort of work or personal travel over a 6 week period. We can extend the programme out so you don't miss out or you can make up the sessions by doing extra sessions the weeks you are here.
  • I eat out / entertain clients a lot - will the 6 Week Challenge work for me?
    Yes, lots of clients that we work with have to do breakfasts, lunches, dinners, networking events, client entertainment etc. We provide guidance on how to manage this throughout the programme to ensure you still make progress regardless.
  • I don't have time to meal prep - will I still get results?
    Yes, we provide lots of different options so if you really can't / don't want to do any meal prep then you can still get great results.
  • What happens after the 6 Week Challenge?
    Most people end up staying on either via membership or blocks of sessions. We discuss this as we go through the programme and what the next phase will look like.
  • What's the style of training?
    A combination of resistance, strength and conditioning training. Fast paced, fun and designed to burn fat and build muscle for toning and definition. Just turn up and do what we say :-)
  • Do I have to take loads of supplements?
    We provide guidance on supplements on a personalised basis but they aren't mandatory. We provide all nutrition and supplement guidance on a person by person approach.
